A FASCINATING HISTORY

Once upon a time, in the arid lands of southwestern Morocco, there was a majestic tree known as the argan tree. This tree, robust and resilient, could survive the harshest climates and shelter an unsuspected wealth: argan oil

Legend has it that centuries ago, a young Berber girl named Leila discovered the miraculous powers of this oil. As she crossed the Atlas Mountains to reach her village, Leila found an old argan tree. Thirsty and tired, she settled in the shade of her branches. Watching the goats cleverly climb the tree to eat its fruit, she was intrigued by the nuts they dropped on the ground.

Curious, Leila picked up some nuts and took them home. Her grandmother, a village midwife, knew the secrets of nature well. Together they opened the nuts and pressed the almonds, obtaining a golden and fragrant oil.
